When will my order ship? 

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days of receiving full payment.

After placing your order, our team works as fast as possible to verify all order information. When everything is ready, we will update your tracking number and notify you. In the case that an order is made on an out-of-stock item, one of our friendly customer service representatives will contact you. At that time you may choose to wait for restocking or cancel the order.

Where does BOARD ship to? 

At this time, we ship to the 48 states, and the District of Columbia, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

How much does shipping cost? 

We offer FREE shipping on all products orders over $24.99 to all of our domestic customers within the United States.

For orders under $24.99, a standard shipping fee will be charged. 

Using well recognized, top-quality carriers including UPS, USPS, DHL, and FedEx, it is our priority to ensure you receive your package effortlessly, without extra charges or fees.

How can I track my order? 

There are 2 simple ways to track your package.

When your package is ready for shipment, we will send you a tracking number. The first way to track a package with this number is with Google, Yahoo, or any search engine. Complete an internet search using the number provided and the words ‘tracking number’ followed by the carrier’s name. For example: ‘1Z9999999999999999 tracking number UPS’. The second option is to go directly to the carrier site and search the tracking number there.
